Ingredients:
One and a half kilo of beef
(fish or goat meat optional)
1 cup of dried smoked shrimps
1 kg of chopped Okra
1 teaspoon of dried red pepper
(powder or crushed)
2 spoons of salt
1 chopped onion
4 tablespoons of red palm oil
Chopped spinach
7 cups of water

Preparation:
Cut the meat or fish into small pieces. Put the pieces into a saucepan with water and add onion and salt. Cook until the water boils and leave it for 15 to 25 minutes more. Pour the okra and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and leave it on fire for 10 minutes. Serve hot with yams.
